Hello!
I have a trixbox server with a TDM400 board with a single FXO and a single FXS modules in it. My FXO module is connected to the land line and working fine. What I want to know is if it's possible to get my GSM TA connected to the FXS port and get it to work as an in/out line and not as a terminal device.

From my understanding of the matter you need an FXO port not an FXS port.
FXS Ports are for connecting old analogue phones into a VOIP system. To use an analogue line (or in this case a GSM gateway pretending to be an analogue line) you need an FXO port.
If I am correct, you should be able to buy an extra FXO module for your TDM400 (I think it support 4 modules) and connect your GSM TA to that.\
