How to block outbound CID per extension

I'm looking to block CID from outbound calls from specific extensions. I know that I can prepend *67 on the trunk but that means every extension that uses that trunk will have it blocked. From what I can see, I can either use custom contexts ore crate a bogus number (000) 000-0000 since my provider passes anything..

Anyone know of something else? Using a PAP2 so maybe just use the prefix at the ATA.. ?

If this is a SIP trunk and

If this is a SIP trunk and you do not define a caller ID at the trunk, then you can define it at every extension. Just make it something like "Unavailable" . No custom prefixes required.

Thanks, Jon

That's what I wound up doing.. but kept the area code - I wasn't sure what problems would be spawned by using all zeros.. I guess I'm just in need of a multi-tenant system. I can't imagine the nightmare of custom contexts.
