How do i receive PSTN e1 Euro DID Numbers?

Hello Sirs.

I have a Problem. I receive all the calls from all the lines connected to my trixbox. I receive the caller id from the e1 but i dont receive the did number from the caller so please let me know how i can check that.

Hi,

try turn on zaptel debug,
also try contact your provider to check if they send DID and how long they are, many provider only send the last 3 digits

Hi Luis,

We have it working ok in au. Our DID's come back as an 8 digit phone number. Another way you could possibly check would be to set up an inbound route with no DID or CID data so its a "catch all" then ring in. Have a look at the call records on asterisk (the reports tab on the admin screen from memory) and you should see the DID numbers there, otherwise try roadkill's idea and look at the debug info.
