Has anyone had any luck with Digiums HPEC echo canellation software?
I've tried to install it, but when I enable it, outgoing calls no longer ring the destination phone, and incoming calls have no sound!
As part of the upgrade I had to build and install zaptel 1.2.14 from source, has anyone else running trixbox 2.0 done this?
Without the HPEC running, the echo seems worse than ever now (In fact it's totally unusable)

Fixed it (Thanks Digium Support) You need to set echotraining=no in order for this to work.

Should also add having struggled with echo for month and months, it's now gone completely!

I use Trixbox 2.0 with a Sangoma A200 I also have echo so bought the HPEC and yes it worked - after Digium support fixed the enabler.... problem I have is I used to use Trixbox 1.? with this hardware and had a few inbound CLID issues on my UK BT lines, Sangoma suggested changing the RXGAIN and it worked. Now using Trixbox 2.0 and have upgraged to
Asterisk 1.2.16
Zaptel 1.2.15
Wanpipe-2.3.4-7
and CLID is back to being a bit random again, with or without HPEC. Are you having any CLID problems? I've got ADSL on this line too and have read that this can be an issue but I know that it has worked in the passed!
Odd thing is that if I reboot the Asterisk box the the 1st call that comes in always has the correct CLID
