IAX2 trunk between two Trixboxes and CALLER ID

I followed the directions posted here:

I went ahead and configured some custom extensions that I could use in my queues on the new box that ring extensions on my old one.

Things are working beautifully with one exception..... I have no caller id name lookup on the calls that come through the old box from the new one.

I've got to admit, I've become pretty spoiled by Caller ID Superfecta.

Any ideas how I can get CID name lookup back into the mix on these inter-asterisk calls?
