Issue with Watchguard and SIp Trunks

Anyone have any ideas as to why I would be able to call in and have full audio but outbound calls have no audio from either side.

I am running trixbox 2.6.2.3 and have a Watchguard Firebox Edge X and 2 Grandstream GX 2000. SIP trunks are through Voicepulse.

I have opened 5060-5061 TCP and UDP, 10000-20000 TDP and UDP, HELP....
