Multiple Sipgate trunks problem?

Hi,

I am new to the trixbox scene and I am very impressed with it so far.

I have come across a little problem - If I only have one trunk connected to sipgate the trunk registers fine, however if I put two trunks in neither of them register? (they are both different accounts to sipgate).

It also stops my polycom 320 phone from registering when I have two trunks - it is very strange, I think it is down to the actual ports?

Can somebody please suggest some options?

Here is a snippet of the port 5060

Sipgate problem

There should be no problem in running multiple SIP trunks into trixbox. I have boxes with 4 or more sipgate.co.uk trunks plus others working fine. Check this thread where the router was identified as the culprit. It also gives examples of sipgate configs for you to check. What ports are you forwarding from your router to the trixbox server? Are these TCP or UDP? Have you searched the web to see if your router has problems with multiple SIP trunks?

What kind of router are you

What kind of router are you using? If it has any kind of SIP helper or agent turn it off.

Thank you for the reply

Thank you for the reply guys.

I will be honest with you the only port I am forwarding is 5060 - not a range.

I will take a look at the article you posted above and set some port forwarding rules up ( I am relying on p2p at the minute ).

On the top fo your heads what is the ranges I should be forwarding?

The router is a dynamode - fairly cheap thing not sure of the exact model number as I am currently on the road on my laptop.

Thanks again for the replies
