need help with MV-378 with voipswitch for calltermination

hi, friend.
i need some help from those who know how to configer MV378 with voipswitch for calltermination...
here is one question please answer:
1) see, MV attached with my local Pc which is located in India, and my voipswitch/softswich Server located in USA ,so do i need to install Voipswitch Platform in my local MV Pc as well? or i can directly send the call to my local MV gateway from USA voipswitch/softswich server?
=>if i can send calls directly then what network and IP setting i will need? do i need Fixed/Static IP for my MV Pc? ihave the PPTP and Open VPN as well
=> if not , then for example in-future i have 10 MV gateway then i must need to install voipswitch/softswich platform in each MV local Pc?

please advice...

You are welcome and I will give here all details about PORTECH MV series configuration for call termination.

Portech do not give clear explanation about configuration.

Even I was looking for 2 months back to configure MV378 with voipswitch for calltermination for me. But it was really hard to find someone so I left the issue as it is -
