New install of OpenVox A400P - FXS works, FXO doesn't

Last night I installed an OpenVOX A400P with one FXO and one FXS into a 2.6.2.3 system. I ran setup-pstn with no problems and configured a ZAP extension on FXS channel one with no problems. When I try to setup my ZAP trunk (g0) on channel 2 I am constantly greeted with a message saying that "All Circuits are busy..." I have a IAX2 trunk that works perfectly so I copied all the dial patterns, disabled the IAX2 trunk, and used the same outbound route with no success. I know I probably need to post some config files for review. Which ones will be helpful? Also, this POTS line has phones installed at several different locations. Will this cause a problem?

Fixed....but don't understand why....Please help me understand!

I was able to make this work today by changing the name of my trunk to ZAP/2. It would not work with g0. What would cause it to be this way?

I'm glad you posted this. I have the same card (OpenVox A400P), but with only one FXO module. I had the same exact problem. But I tried ZAP/1 instead of ZAP/g0 and mine is now working. Thank you for the information.
