OpenVoc 2 FXO 2 FXS - Setup extensions correctly

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post...

I have an OpenVox A400P card with 2 FXO & 2 FXS cards installed

I have two phone lines coming in and want two lines sent out to my analog 2 line phones -- I have two trunks setup and they seem to be functioning fine.

Everything is working except the second line... Either phone number that is dialed in works (takes you to my default IVR)

I have 1 extension set up that goes out to my phones line one - Where I am having an issue it that I can not get an extension to work for line 2 (I get no dial tone)

I eventually want my secondary telephone number (line) to ring out directly to this second extension - but I need to understand how to get it setup first

Here is my zapata-auto.conf if it helps:

; Autogenerated by /usr/sbin/genzaptelconf -- do not hand edit
; Zaptel Channels Configurations (zapata.conf)
;
; This is not intended to be a complete zapata.conf. Rather, it is intended
; to be #include-d by /etc/zapata.conf that will include the global settings
;

; Span 1: WCTDM/0 "Wildcard TDM400P REV I Board 1" (MASTER)
;;; line="1 WCTDM/0/0 FXOKS (In use)"
signalling=fxo_ks
callerid="Channel 1" <6001>
mailbox=6001
context=from-internal
channel => 1
callerid=
mailbox=
group=1
context=default

;;; line="2 WCTDM/0/1"
signalling=fxo_ks
callerid="Channel 2" <6002>
mailbox=6002
context=from-internal
channel => 2
callerid=
mailbox=
group=2
context=default

;;; line="3 WCTDM/0/2 FXSKS"
signalling=fxs_ks
callerid=asreceived
group=3
context=from-zaptel
channel => 3
context=default

;;; line="4 WCTDM/0/3 FXSKS"
signalling=fxs_ks
callerid=asreceived
group=4
context=from-zaptel
channel => 4
context=default

Any help would be appreciated!
