First off, for your help, you'll need to get to the linux command line and type the command lspci. This will show you if your server sees the card or not. If you can't see it, try reseating it, or perhaps try another pci slot if you have one available.
Also, what is an a10xp? Never heard of them and I have some knowledge of OpenVox.

Hello thanks first
Ok the name it was on the card. But after lspci it shows 02:00a.0 Communication Controller : Motorola Wildcard X100P
NO i think i need to install that thing somewhat.. (Sorry kind a newbie and very green)
THanks
on the line trixbox1.localdomain # i enter genzaptelconf what should configure the card but it says
Notice:: Configuration file is /etc/zaptel.conf
Line0 : Unable to open master device '/dev/zap//ctl'
1 error/s detected.
I think it is a real dumb thing i do wrong here but any help there .. Thanks
Let's start with this, I am pretty sure no one who has ben around the block a few times would recommend the use of an original x100p much less a clone of an x100p. The other guy responding in this forum is a OpenVox reseller message him and buy another card. Openvox has progressed away from those cards you should too.

It looks like zaptel is not loaded at all your /etc/sysconfig/zaptel you should have a line that says:
MODULES="$MODULES wcfxo"
If that is in there type at a command prompt:
chkconfig --add zaptel /etc/init.d/zaptel start
