Recording speed problem on chan_misdn trunk Duxbury Bri Card

I have installed a Duxbury bri Card on a Trixbox using Chan_misdn and it is working fine.

Except for the recording of incoming and outgoing calls. Every conversation going through this trunk is recorded at a speed
which sounds like a "fast forward" of a magnetic tape. I found a patch which seem to apply to my problem at the Digium bugs.

Is there anybody who can advise if it is possible to apply this patch to asterisk on a Trixbox? see the url

i have same issue on this one.
is there any solution except reinstalling system with diffrent version of asterisk/trixbox
