Hi All,

We have a Sangoma A500 ISDN card in our server, we seem to be having issues from time to time.

All extensions are set for G729 and we dont have any issues with inbound calls over SIP or outbound via SIP. The issue is with inbound calls via the ISDN.

When we call a number on the ISDN just hear ringing, however the asterisk server is just chucking back:

-- Couldn't call 3071

I assume the "Couldn't call" is a codec problem ?

However this does not happen all the time. If we enable the IVR then it seems fine untill some one selections an option then the same thing..

We have 10 G729 licences from Digium and there not all in use.

Any advise ?

Cheers,
