Setting Analog lines in Moscow Russia with TDM400

Hi,

I've connected a server with asterisk and freepbx and TDM400 card with fxo and fxs modules and connected the analog line to the fxo and a telephone to the fxs.

Moscow numbers are 7 digits so I set it that way and also changed indications in the general setting to Russia.

But when I call even from the fxs phone I can't dial. I get a constant dial tone as if just picked up the phone no dialing is done.

Any advice?any one connected Asterisk to analog lines in Moscow?

Solved. They still have pulse-dial in Russia
