trunks between two trixbox

Hello

First i'm sorry if my english is not very good, but 'im french and i actualy i am in Canada for make a VOIP project between three university campus.
I set up three trixbox server.

And my problem is to make a trunk between all server.
But the don't be in the same network.
One is 192.168.xxxx
Second ,is 139.103.xxxxx
Last is 139.107.xxxxxx

I can ping all server but a try to make IAX2 trunk.

Can you help me. please??

Maybe i should to make a VPN between server???

A VPN is probably the best way, for many reasons but, it is not a requirement.

If you are not using a VPN, you must configure the firewall at each site to forward inbound UDP port 4569 to the trixbox server at that site. Then configure your trunks, one for each remote site, two per trixbox.

I am doing this with 4 boxes right now. I would say go with a vpn for the extra security. The overhead isn't much more. I also have mine set to use GSM to 4 digit dial and it sounds fine with no breaks in the conversation.
