Does Hud Agent work with Trixbox CE

Hi,

I have a customer running TrixBox CE but wants to use Hud Agent for CRM integration. Can anyone let me know if this is possible or if they have to upgrade to Trixbox Pro.

Also does anyone have any experience with Hud with CRM integration and Goldmine. In essence all my customers wants is for when a customer calls inbound Hud recognises the number and pop up a contact or notes window from within Goldmine.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Rod,

HUD Agent is for trixbox Pro and PBXtra only...there is no CE version of HUD Agent.

For Goldmine, the HUD TAPI drivers should work out of the box, and we potentially have the ability to do further integration (the caller ID functionality you mentioned) with our Professional Services department. This would be for PBXtra or trixbox Pro only.
