When a caller is placed in call parking from an ACD queue call the caller goes into parking but hud does not update to display the caller info, on parking agent's HUD or any other.
The call queue is set to ring-all and generally if the caller is working with a particar agent and wants to wait the person answering the call parked it and IM'ed the 900X number. Without HUD showing the number this is not possible. Calls that do not originate in the ACD queue update HUD parking info as usual. Once a queue caller is parked there is not way to determine what number they are at.
This started occuring right after the last HUD 3 update. server 106464.

This is a known issue and will be resolved shortly (hopefully in about 3-4 weeks...keep an eye out for HUD updates).

No fix that I have heard of yet. Your best bet is to keep writing bug tickets and suggestions. We develop based on customer need...the more we hear about a bug or feature, the higher priority it becomes.
