We have a lot of customers still running on HUD2 on the trixbox pro servers as we were waiting for the latest HUD3 client which is more stable. We have noticed in the past few days that their HUD2 user information is not allowing them to connect anymore. I have tried their user info for both HUD2 and HUD3 but can never get HUD2 to authenticate. This has nothing to do with their firewall as I am doing it from my office too. The user name and password always fails for HUD2.
Have Fonality turned off the HUD2 authentication server?
