Can't upload voicemail greetings... "File is not a file or does not exist"

I have been trying to upload voicemail greetings via the web control panel for my specific extension. The file I created was an 8kHz 16bit mono .wav file (named mynamehere.wav). For some reason I get the Trixbox Pro error:
[BE]: File is not a file or does not exist
Does anyone know what else I can do to get this file to upload? I have looked over this forum closely and don't seem to see any answers???

I'm able to reproduce this on a test machine. I've created a ticket for our engineering group to investigate the issue.
