Autoanswer configuration?

I would like to have the following.

1 answer the call
2 Ring the receptionist for 5 seconds
3 goto a voice menu

The problem is that once the line is in to send the call to the receptionist, it will ring there until it is picked up by voicemail, and never advances to step 3. How can I have it ring for a set period of time before moving to the next step?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi MtnHermit,

Use the "Go to extension - voicemail disabled" sequence to ring the receptionist. Once added, you can specify the number of seconds to ring the phone under that sequence in your call menu.
