Error when adding extension

We have trixbox Pro ® Standard Edition v4.1.2-p25
Other day i was removing unused extensions from trixbox. We had 390 extensions configured and now around 90. Out of those 90 only 25 are active at all time. I am saying this because i got an error trying to add new extension today and i am not sure if this might be related or just coincidence:

Please correct the following 1 error and try again:
Extension reservation canceled because the extension couldn't be created; Unable to add extension '456975': F::ContextBase::get_class_last_index: Section rooms does not exist. at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/F/ContextBase.pm line 2214.

No matter if i try to add extension that is brand new or that was used earlier it is always the same error. I am not sure if this is on trixbox end since database is on their end. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The problem about support is

The problem about support is that they won't let you speak with anybody before you pay. You are getting machines that route you to billing to pay first. Since it make common sense that this is database error, i shouldn’t be paying for support in this case. They should just let us (users) talk to somebody to explain what the issue is and if they determine that issue is on my end, then yes i agree to pay to fix it but if it's on their end, why would i pay?
At the end it looks like i ma going to have to pay and then if they say it is on their end, ask for my money back. I am just frustrated that there is no one that i can talk to regarding this (like a live person on the other end of the line). :((((

I had no idea that is how they did business. I just did not want you to wait for a reply that may take awhile.
