Hello,
My name is James and I am new to the trixbox/voip world. We have trixbox Pro Call Center Edition v4.1.2-p22. It is a brand new setup. I have configured 2 SIP trunks (provided by Broadvox.) One is set for incoming only and the other for outgoing. We have no analog or other types of lines. I am able to make outgoing calls and extension to extension calls without any problems.
When i try calling the incoming DID I can here the main call menu, but when I attempt to dial an extension number nothing happens. The prompt continues as if I didn't press anything at all. I don't think it has anything to do with the extensions because I can set the incoming DID to an extension and it direct dials just fine.
The Call Menu sequence is set to listen for keypress.
I read on another post this might have something to do with DTMF mode of the trunks. It is currently set to rfc2833, but I have tried all 4 settings. Both trunks are registered (in case you were going to ask.)
There is a setting under Options > Settings, in the Telecom Settings for "Relax DTMF." It says to change the option if the trixbox server is having problems recognizing touchtones. When I do change this to yes, it automatically switches itself back to No. (Is this what I need? Can this be changed manually?)
I hope I have provided enough information for your thoughts/ideas. If you require any more information, please let me know.
My server number is 146484
Thanks.
James
