Using FindMe to transfer all external calls to an assistant's extension but not the internal calls

I have been asked to look into a solution that will allow all external calls going to the owner of the company's extension to go to his assistant but when there is an internal call it goes to his extension without being transferred to the assistant.

Can the FindMe feature do this or some other feature in trixbox pro.

Also if the FindMe feature is the feature that allows it, is there a wildcard I can put in the whitelist that will represent any phone number so that calls from any phone number will automatically be transferred to the assistant's extension.
