we could dial ext 101
we could dial ext 2101
we could dial ### ### ####
But we cant dial 1 ### ### #### (failed call text on the phone)

So noone have used this phone to dial a number like 1 212 123 1234? (11 digits)
or any idea what dialplan to use in the firmware/software of this phone?
support answered that we should use this dialplan: x+#|xx+* (keep in mind i'm refering to the dial plan on the phone's software)
(but is not working)
all other phone are working ok.
help is apreciated, is first try using this phone. must of our phone are Linksys or grandstream

tbh i have always found dialplans to be a complicated issue...
...but if i understand you correctly you just want to be able to dial anything ?
if so maybe you should try the default dialplan: X+^|*X+^

tryed every dial plan posible everything work ok but number with 11Digits.
anyone have used 11 digits numbers?
just this Phone is giving this issue we bought as a test so we only have 1.
Anyone have this phone and is able to dial 11 digit number?
PS: i really dont like to be asking for a solution that should be given by the astraa company, (i pay for that phone)

First of all you did not post in the Aastra forum so they probably did not even see this message.
It's also not Aastra's responsibility to help you integrate with any third party system. Aastra has the best documentation of any open SIP phone and this is not a bug of any type. Issues like this are why there are professional integrators that can help you.
That being said if you would like to learn how to fix it yourself that's what the community is for. To answer your question we need to know what your dialplan is configured to currently in the phone and what is actually being dialed when you try to complete to an 11 digit number (short log excerpt please).
With this information we can point you int he right direction.

as i said all other phone are ok even a plain dial plan in asterisk
we have around like 100 of asterisk Installed (normaly we use CISCO/linksys/GrandStream) but try to test others phones/keypad/audio device just to take a look.
aatra phone have some web feature that we want to check., i know 100 instalation is not much for some huge installer here.
but what a i see.... why we use Linksys and Grandstream (they are almost PLUG and PLAY) :) not problem at all.
somepeople feel more confortable with grandstream casue trasnfer and all other fucntion are key.
Linksys is on screen function
people point to use: X+^|*X+^ on the phone
but if i take out the phone and put a linksys or Grandstream in the same place, setup the account and work as ok.
for now its a bug with the 11 Digit number or the dialplan aastra support send has somethign wrong.
4 digit work ok, 6 Digit also, 9 digite work perfect 10 Digits work, but 11 (failed as soon we press the last number)
really odd, or maybe is a bad phone, but we only have one of this casue was bought to play withit as a test.
also sorry i thought this was aastra section.
but as a solution we put the phone on the box and maybe use later with someone that dont need to make phonecall or dial the 11 digits.
