Anyone know how to fix the problem when you pickup the hand set on the 53i you only get the dial option as the right arrow and when you make a phone call it changes the left and right arrows to switch through the 3 lines on the phone. I would like to have xfer as left arrow and conf as the right arrow when you are on the phone not line cycle. Thanks
nobody has had this issue? This phone is junk if I have to waste 2 buttons to do what all other 5xi series phones can do...even the 51i can do the xfer while on the phone.
Aastra guys - how do you do that? Is there a way, without wasting a programmable keys for Conf and Xfer?
I love my aastra phones but the support is less then desirable. Still have clients that complain that I can't add buttons to their phone because you can't modify the off hook options on the phone.
