6739i Not working when trying to prepend 9 to the dial string

Hi everybody, trying to use this new 6739i, I hv to tell the phone is really nice, the screen is amazing, good sound.
Well the question is that I have tried to configure a dial plan which could prepend the number 9 to each of the dial strings and it doesn´t work even the simplest XXXXXXX,9, allways the result is "CALL FAILED". Does anyone have a recomendation? Does anyone have the same problem?

6739i no audtio on external outbound calls

6739i no audtio on external outbound calls works fine for internal calls, in and out, and external inbound calls.

Anyone have any ideas? NAT is configured proerly, other phones (6757iCT's) are fine.
