Hi all,
I have a big problem :(

This is the situation:
I have configured the bottuns on 53i to trasfer with others extensions (with option BLF/xfer)...
It works! ...I can call or transfer (blind) to an extension simply press the associate button.

The problem appens in this situation:
- arrives a call (external or internal)
- I hang up on 53i
- I transfer o blind tranfer the call to a specific internal pressing the specific button (preconfigured)
- Ok the call is transfered
- BUT... if the extension where I have sent the incoming call not hang up... I'M NOT BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE THE TRANFERED CALL.

In few words... the call pick up doesn't work with the transfered calls! :(

Someone can help me please?

dirty workaround

Hi!

I've got the same problem with 57i and Trixbox 2.8.0.

After testing I edited the /var/www/html/admin/modules/core/functions.inc.php file and added int the function core_get_config section pickup a new line for pickup from the context "from-internal-xfer" after the line for pickup of "from-internal".

Now it works! But this is only a quick workaround and after the next update the changes are lost.
