Bug with Presence and DND

For aastra1 .........

In a few of our deployments we are utilizing Aastra 6731i's and in the process of consolidating buttons we have removed the dedicated DND button and set the preferences in the "Presence" application to go to DND.

However when someone calls a phone that has set their status to "Away", "Out of Office", etc... the phone still rings.

I've gone through the documentation and do not see anything that indicates that a dedicated DND button must be mapped on the phone for the preferences to work.

Please advise...

The DND key should not be needed for the presence to trigger the DND when the user is set to "not available" as we activate the DND on the server side.

We will have a look and fix it in the next version of the scripts 2.3.0, soon...

The other thing I would like to ask is for a way to set the default preference across the board. Is this possible? Currently it defaults to "Do Nothing"

Default action for presence

Hello euser4life,

This is an interesting request, we will add a configuration in the next version of the scripts to define a default action in the presence application when the user is "not available".
