Buying an Aastra phone in asia ?

I'm trying to locate an Aastra distributor/reseller in Asia, preferably in India or Singapore. Tried to ring their phone nos. mentioned on their website for India & Hong Kong, both kept ringing. Is getting an Aastra in Asia so difficult ?
