DHSG headset ringtone

I have some Aastra 6757i phones using DHSG kabel kit connected to GN9350e headsets...

The electronic off-hook functions works fine and responds fast :-)
..BUT i have an annoying problem with the headset ring signalling.

The headset ring signal continues after the call has been picked up so that we can't hear the first 2-3 seconds of the conversation.

- It only happens on Aastra phones (i tested with Snom)
- This only happens when the call is pick-up up on the headset
- I have tested on several phones and headsets to rule out hardware failure
- GN support are not familiar with this problem

We run the latest firmware.

Does anybody else have this problem ?
Any tips are welcome :-)

We have the same problem.

We have the same problem. You described it to the T.
Interesting thing is that when the same 6755i/Jabra Headset combo is connected to Aastralink Pro 160 PBX the answer works perfectly.
So, it must be something in the firmware.
I tried the latest 6755i firmware (latest as of January 12, 2010) and still the same problem.
What else could I do?
