So I really don't know what happened here. I'm fairly new at administrating Trixbox (the IT department was basically just handed to me) so I'm at a loss as to what happened. The last thing I did was add an extension, copied an existing phone and mac address CFG and renamed the files to match the phone's MAC and desired extension. I added the extension to Trixbox via the web GUI.
The next morning, I come in to find out all the phone's lost their date and time, apparently there was no NTP setting in sip.cfg (no idea if one was there before). I set one and rebooted a phone, the time came back correctly. There were some soft keys used in the Idle state though, that have also disappeared. Out of the 4 on the phones, only "New Call" and "Forward" are available, there was also softkey to quickly access voicemail and I think one other but I don't recall what it is right now.
I'm less concerned with why the phones rebooted and more concerned with getting the soft keys back. I can reboot the phones to get the date/time working, that's not an issue. I just want to get those soft keys back. Does anyone know how to set them?
