Does Polycom support ever check these?

I am just wondering as I have a lot of problems with te 550 and 601s, but can't say I have ever seen a reply froma Polycom rep on any message. Now that is a broad statement, as I haven't checked all of the posts, but been through quite a few. Just curious.
