We had a Polycom phone in an unattended lobby area that used to dial a call group whenever it was picked up. It had no option for dialing any other number and the call was placed upon handset pickup. We are unsure what happened but the configuration somehow changed (maybe on server reboot) and now it gives a dialtone instead of automatically dialing the callgroup 602. I believe it has something to do with the Digimap setting on the phone but I am really unsure how this was setup or what the Digimap should be. The person who set this up is no longer with the company and I am the IT tasked with figuring this out. Please Help
