I have a Soundpoint 330 connected to my Trixbox Pro SE. I've had line 1 working fine and I followed the directions here:

to add a second line.
Line 1 still works fine.
Line 2 shows up on the phone display with the little empty phone symbol (unregistered). The directions were a little vague, but here's the settings from the Phone's web interface:

Any suggestions on how to get it to register would be appreciated.
