Why I can not create a new user in Kirk Wireless Server 600v3

I have a KWS600v3 server and a Digium switchvox. I have created 15 users whose extensions are all created in Switchvox, and the Kirk handsets can be registered to KWS600V3. But Now when I tried to create a new one user in KWS, it showed me "LDAP error". I don't know why. Could anybody know what is the reason and how to fix it. I have tried to do it for 3 days. It is so weird.

ps. All I can do is followed the kws 600v3 install, configure and guide manual. I am sure my configuration is right. I don't miss anything because it works well now except can not create a new user.

HAHA. I know it but I asked this question for Polycom not for Switchvox.
