Hi Guys,

I need some help.
I have a Trixbox CE system with v2.6.2.3 installed. I previously had it setup with Sangoma A200 cards connected to basic POTS and it has been working perfectly for over a year now.

I have decided to start testing with a PRI line now so have taken out the A200 cards and replaced them with a A101DE card.
I removed all of the original wanpipe mod and util drivers and went to sangomas website followed their install instructions and downloaded and installed their wanpipe modules and utils as directed based on my asterisk, zaptel and trixbox versions.

The PRI line is a partial, only using 6 DIDS for testing purposes.

I have setup the inbound routes to route all incoming calls to one desktop extension, again to make life easier for testing purposes.

The problem that i am encountering is when i call the pbx from any outside line, the call reaches the pbx, is routed to the desktop phone, which rings but when i pickup there is no audio at either end. Likewise this problem occurs if i call an outside line from the desktop phone, i dial the outside # the pbx routes everything accordingly, the outside phone will ring but when i pickup there is no audio.

The telecom technicians came this morning and connected their equipment to the PRI box and they had no audio problems. So i presume it is a setting somewhere in the PBX. I have tried as much as i can right now but am out of ideas, so would appreciated any help or suggestions you guys can offer.

Below are my various config files:-

Hi Marc,

thanks for getting back to me. Right now the PRI line is down due to some heavy rains and lightening strikes. The Telcom techs are dealing with getting it back up. As soon as that is completed i will submit the ticket with all of the relevant information that is required.

thanks again.
