Calls dropping

I have just put together a new TrixBox system using an A200 card with four Remora cards attached to it. However after going live with the system earlier this month I had some incoming calls dropping instantly (on the channels coming in to the A200 card) and while all calls seem to drop consistently after three and a half minutes. Fortunately I was able to fall back on the previous system until I can get this resolved.

There are 12 FXO ports between the A200 and two other Remora cards, the remaining ports are FXS.

This is my first TrixBox system so I am little new at troubleshooting these type of problems, I've spent some time reading through the forums on this site and also looking at Sangoma's troubleshooting steps. It seems like everything is configured correctly from what I can tell. I will probably reach out to Sangoma as well for some help but any suggestions as to what to look for would be appreciated in the mean time.

Email techdesk@sangoma.com with reference to this forum. Now what we will need to do is have SSH and we will look at this live to see what is going on here since you can reproduce this easily.

Thank you for the reply back Marc, I opened a support ticket earlier today and sent the requested docs per the Sangoma support site. However I am more than willing to let someone look at the system while it is live so I will let the person who contacted me today know about this forum. You guys sure are fast at responding which is definitely appreciated.
