Hello, I installed a Sangoma a200 to use analog telephones with my VOIP system, I can make and receive calls on the analog telephones, but when I dial "#" (like we do with VOIP telephones to stop the waiting ), the system says "your call can't be completed as dial", do anyone have any idea to fix that?

thank you all
Giselle

Hi, What exactly does this

Hi,

What exactly does this do? You say stop the waiting, but what do you mean? Why not just hangup the phone? Let me know exactly what you are doing here.

Hi thank you for the answer,

Hi thank you for the answer, by "stop the waiting" i meant ..." to hurry the call process", i dial and then i have to wait some seconds until the call is established, i can diminish the time by dialing "#"..... do you know what can i do to make those seconds fewer without dialing #??
