I have had numerous problems with trying to fax over trixbox. We have Sangoma T1 card and A200 analog cards. We DO have the syncronization cable. We can plug a single line phone into the jack and it works. The problem we have is the trixbox locks onto the call and does not do a disconnect after we hang up. Any advice????

So the fax machine is connected to the A200 and goes out the PRI to get to the pstn? Then once the fax machine is done with the fax it hangs up but never actually drops the line? How do you know the line is not hung up where do you see this? Also the fax machine is the "FXO" in this scenario which means the FXO controls the state of the line, so this means the fax machine is not hanging up after it is done faxing. So best idea to trouble shoot this in detail is send an email to techdesk@sangoma.com and we will go from there.
