Little help?

Have a server dropping the odd call on a trixbox PRO server and a Sangoma A101D connected to a 30 channel PRI.

When I do a wanpipemon -i w1g1 -c Ta command I get the following output. I've seen CRC4 errors before but the FAS is new to me.

***** w1g1: E1 Alarms (Framer) *****

ALOS: OFF | LOS: OFF
RED: OFF | AIS: OFF
OOF: OFF | RAI: OFF

***** w1g1: E1 Alarms (LIU) *****

Short Circuit: OFF
Open Circuit: OFF
Loss of Signal: OFF

***** w1g1: E1 Performance Monitoring Counters *****

Line Code Violation : 340
Far End Block Errors : 625
CRC4 Errors : 4
FAS Errors : 6

Rx Level : > -2.5db

Hi, If the line is bouncing

Hi,

If the line is bouncing then you can see this in our "/var/log/messages" there will be messages in there. Else the issue is in the signaling / application layer and for Trixbox PRO you will need to contact their support for this. For CE contact techdesk@sangoma.com with all of the information from step 9 at http://wiki.sangoma.com/wanpipe-linux-asterisk-debugging#pri_span....

I'm trudging through the message log file now. Is there a particular error message I should be looking for?

Kevin.
