config genreator- invalid file error

im trying to generator config files for my Grandstream phones. i follow all the steps in both the user guide and on the website, but when i try to upload the generated file through the PBX i always get the "Invalid File" message. if anyone knows what might be causing this please help me out. Thanks- Landon
