Hey everyone,
I have a GXP2020 with a 2020EXT connected and 52 BFL's configured, everything is working on the BFL except when I press the button when it's blinking red it dials the extension but without the ** before it.
If I place the same extension on BFL on one of the 7 programmable keys that answers the other extension and dials the ** before?
We are running the latest 2.6.2.3 and latest GXP2020 firmware on the phones.

I only put in the extension in the box and didn't put the **. When the extension gets a call and I press the flasing red light the extension calls the other extension instead of picking up the call.
What is the purpose of the ** ?
Are you trying to do a call pickup?
Correct, It is supposed to perform call pickup if you have the BFL option set and when it's ringing press the flashing button.
Call pickup is functioning as I can pickup the call if I dial the feature code and that extension. But the sidecar is supposed to do it for the user. Also as I stated it works perfect if you set it up on the 7 programable buttons on the GXP2020.
