At first Grandstream technical support was pretty good. They took no more that 2 days to respond to some pretty technically gritty issues. They sent me test firmwares for the GXP-2020 in hopes of resolving my issues. All was going well until about 3 weeks ago when all the sudden the communication STOPPED!
I haven't heard anything yet. I have tried calling the Los Angeles office tech support and get the voicemail EVERY TIME. Did everyone quit in LA? I can usually get ahold of someone in the Dallas office, but they heven't been the ones working on my problem.
Tell me Grandstream, why can't you respond to my technical support requests?
