GXV3000 bad sound quality

I have instaled 5 GXV3000 with TrixBox 2.6.1 with very very bad sound quality. The sound volume is very low with inside call (extension to extension). When I call outside, sometime the other side hear me so bad and so low (volume). When I connected like the same extensión a Snom 370 the inside calls (ext. to ext.) sounds with high volume. Is there some configuration for the GrandStrem? I put 768 bit/s for a video stream and 30 fps, but is the same for video or voice calls.

I upgraded only 3 of 5 phones to this firmware. 2 of them has problem with upgrading.
This 2 are with Software Version: Application-- 1.0.1.27 Loader-- 1.0.0.9 Boot-- 1.0.1.1 , I thing that the problem is that they needed to upgrade some previous version before upgrading to new firmware 1.1.3.25.
The volume of the 3 phones with new firmware 1.1.3.25 now is god, but the cuality is stil ver bad. The voice is not clear.

I upgraded 2 unit with no problem. Here information for you.
Hardware Revision: Main -- 4.2 Rev A

Software Version: Prog-- 1.1.3.25 Loader-- 1.1.3.2 Boot-- 1.1.3.3
Tested method.
1. Direct IP call.
2. Via trixbox server.

You can try this to improve sound quality on GXV 3000

Login to GXV 3000 Phone menu with http based browser and in Advance settings modify values of Voice Frames per TX: to 10.
In Account settings modify Send DTMF: via RTP (RFC2833) Uncheck all others. This is very important for voice quality.
In account settings Modify Preferred Vocoder: to PCMU as preferred codec.
Avoid using any compression codecs.
And as all other mentioned update Firmware to latest one.
I hope this will help you to improve Voice quality on GXV 3000

Please try release 1.1.3.29, it's just available that should fix the low volume issue.

I upgradet to 1.1.3.29 and now the volume is high, the sound cuality is better, but not enough. It's like the highes frecuency of the voice are cuted. I hear the phone better with hands-free that with the handset.

kiril, I have upgraded to new firmware 1.1.3.50 and as you say in the last post It's like the highest frecuency of the voice are cuted. I hear the phone better with hands-free that with the handset.
 
The new Grandstream GXV300 firmware 1.1.3.50 is problematic

After upgrading to this new firmware you may see that the picture is comminuted, half of it is moved right and flashes

So, be forewarned, as only hard reset to factory defaults can salvage you.
