I just received the gxw4104 and would like a sample of setup in trixbox.
gxw4104 will be on the same lan as trixbox
How to have incoming fxo ring a particular extension or particular ivr?
How to set it up as a trunk or trunks?

I've got a 4104 w/ a single line plugged into it running trixbox 2.2.3. Here is my config...
SIP Trunk:
Outbound Dial Prefix: 99991
Trunk Name: Grandstream
Peer Details:
context=from-pstn
dtmfmode=rfc2833
host=(IP OF 4104)
insecure=port
type=peer
On the Grandstream
FXO Lines > Channel Dialing (7):
User ID: ch1-4:1234567890; (The DID you want to route in FreePBX)
Sip Server: ch1-4:p1;
Sip Destination Port: ch1-4:5060;
Channels
Port Scheduling > 2: 9999 (This matches the outbound dialing prefix. Passing 99991 forces the call to go out on channel 1)
Profile 1
SIP Server: (IP Of Trixbox)
It's been a long while since I set this one up, so I may be forgetting something important. But I think I touched on all the major stuff.
