I am trying to install a background image on a Cisco 7962 phone without any luck. I created a folder underneath the Desktops folder named 320X196X4. I converted all images using IrfanView to grayscale 4 bit and placed them in the folder I just mentioned. Background image acess is set to true in the config file. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
