LINKSYS Phone Not registering

I have the phone and ext built, however the phone is not registering. any thoughts. extremely new on this system. training is still a week and a half away.

i have seen that but was

i have seen that but was told by the person doing the initial setup that the phones would be plug and play.....

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but basically you where lied to. The closest to plug and play is the endpoint manager which will discover the phones and provision them. Have you tried the endpoint manager?
