Linksys SPA3102 with loudspeaker

I replaced a Northstar phose system with Trixbox. There was a loudspeaker in the intercom port of the Northstar.
I have a Linksys SPA3102, I tested it with the loudspeaker in his fxs port, but the loudspeaker is always off-hook, so we always hear the tone when I put it in the SPA fxs port.
Is there a way to configure the SPA to work with device like that (always off-hook)?
Or I'm better to use a phone like Aastra (with intercom option) and plug the loudspeaker on his speaker?

If the intercom adapter

If the intercom adapter supplies battery use an FXO port.
