Registering 7960 to 2 seperate asterisk boxes

I was wondering how one can configure the cisco 7960 for instance to register to 2 separate trixbox proxies.
Basically what i want to do is lets say line 1-3 register on one with 1 type of extension and 4-6 onto the other box with another type of extension.
I know this is possible with the 7970's as all the config info is contained in the phones individual config files, however not sure with the 7960's, as i use the trixbox config manager right now and it generates generic config files, where the 7960 grabs most of the registration info from the SIPDefault file.

Anyone have any examples?

7960 with 2 proxy servers

Hi, I do have a 7960 with registering to two separate proxy servers. All I had to do was to enter the proxy server addresses for each line. I left out the the Outbound Proxy Server address which is general config setting. I know this sounds weired but it did work for me! Give it a try.

However, I have a problem with my 7970 registering with two proxy servers! I have made a new post on this and hopefully someone will give some bright ideas.
