How do you make the free G729 work with the 480i's series?
I setup payload=18;ptime=20;silsupp=on on 2 phones and I installed the free version of G729 to try it out my Trixbox 2.2.3 along with allowing the g279 in both sip.conf and in the phone's extension but wether I try 480i to 480i or 480i to Asterisk voicemail the call just hangs up, nothing perticular shows up in Asterisk's log. Anyone has a correct implementation of g729 with 480s?
